Al-Babtain’s CEO resigns and a new GM is appointed

The CEO of al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company, Mr. Ahmed Al-Dekheil, submitted his resignation to the company’s BOD for personal reasons.

The resignation which is effective May 27, 2014 was accepted by the board with retaining Mr. Al-Dekheil as a part time consultant; the company said in its filing to Tadawul today.

Mr. Jawad Shehada was appointed by the board at the same meeting as a new general manager for the company starting from May 27, 2014
