Malath insurance signs an agency contract with Abdullatif Jamil agency

Malath Insurance Company signed an agency contract with Abdullatif Jamil Insurance agency.

According to the contract Abdullatif Jamil Insurance agency is to sell and market the insurance products of Malath; the company said in its filing to Tadawul today.

The agreement has a term of 3 years starting from July 2nd, 2014 with the financial effect realized on Q3-2014’s financials.
