AL-KHODARI FINALISES DUBAI SUBSIDIARY LIQUIDATION

Company announces the completion of the liquidation procedures of the said subsidiary based on the Trade License Cancellation Certificate Issued by Department of Economic Development in Dubai received on 19/02/2013. The liquidation process had no financial impact. This liquidation reflects the Company's direction to restructure its ownership in subsidiaries outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in view of enacting laws that allow the Gulf companies to establish fully owned branches in the GCC countries.
