Sidc to challenge court ruling on officials liability

Regarding the lawsuit filed against the former chairman and managing director of the Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC), SIDC announces that Jeddah administrative court issued today a first-instance ruling rejecting the lawsuit filed by the company.

The company’s legal counsel shall challenge the judgment after review of its details.
