WEQAYA TAKAFUL SIGNS AN AGREEMENT WITH RANA INVESTMENT COMPANY

Weqaya Takaful for Insurance and Re Insurance Company announces the signature of the unspecified period agreement on 27/01/2013 with Rana Investment Company which owns 5 % of Weqaya Insurance Company shares , where the approval of the general assembly on this agreement in the next general assembly meeting because it is a related party.
