“Bawan” signs SAR 550 mn Murabaha facility agreement with “SABB”

Bawan Company signed SAR 550 mn Murabaha facility, letters of credit and bank guarantees agreement with the Saudi British Bank (SABB), on Wednesday October, 15, 2014. The financing will be from October, 15, 2014 till January, 31, 2015, a filing to Tadawul said.

The Company added that the Amount is covered by a promissory note and will be used to finance working capital requirement, capital expansions and financing Inma Pallets Company
