AL MOJIL COMPANY TERMINATES PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE

Reference to The MMG announcement dated Sunday 23rd Jan. 2011 regarding the signing of the Partnership Agreement with National Training Institute of the Sultanate of Oman to form the Saudi Institute for Advanced Training in a bid to provide training and development services connected to oil, gas and petrochemical specialties, MMG announces the termination of this Partnership Agreement. However, it shall keep on providing the training services through its Training Institute, that is licensed and certified by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). The termination of the Partnership Agreement shall bring no effect to the financial statements of MMG.
