AL-MOJIL to take legal action to collect arrears

Mohammad Al-Mojil Group (MMG) announced that its board decided on January 19, 2013 to take legal action to collect the company’s arrears after depletion of all other options.

The company will immediately sue the following firms to over SAR 400 million in arrears:

  • Petrofac Saudi Arabia
  • Saudi Binladen Group
  • SK Engineering and Construction

 

The company announces that the above action is a first step and further action will be taken against other firms.

Further developments will be announced in due course.
