CMA suspends trading on “Weqaya Takaful” starting from tomorrow

Weqaya Takaful insurance and Reinsurance Company announced its inability to publish audited financial statements as of December 31, 2013 due to external auditor’s work delay, According to a brief statement issued on tadawul today.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA), in response to that, decided to suspend trading on Weqaya’s shares starting from tomorrow.
