AL-KHODARI SIGNS MOU WITH ABU SHERIKH CONTRACTING

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on 14/04/2013 with Abu Sherikh Contracting Company of Jordan for the prequalification and the joint bidding for Upgrade of Az Zarqa- Al Azraq- Al Oumary Road in Jordan and joint execution of this project if awarded. This memorandum shall be valid till completion of prequalification phase, bid submittal and award. The company will make an announcement if awarded the project. This agreement has no financial impact till now.
