AL-KHODARI CANCELS MOU WITH SAUDI KEIR CONSTRUCTION

With reference to the earlier announcement of 01/05/2011 concerning the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Saudi Kier Construction Ltd for prequalifying jointly for projects in the sectors of Oil, Gas, Power, Water and Industrial in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the signing of an agreement with Saudi Kier Construction Ltd on 04/03/2013 to terminate the afore-mentioned memorandum of understanding. This cancelled memorandum of understanding had no financial impact and no project was awarded to the parties during its validity.
