AL-KHODARI SIGNS TWO CONTRACTS WITH MUNICIPAL MINISTRY

With reference to the earlier announcement of 26/09/2012, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces completion of the signing of two contracts with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (Tabuk Municipality) for Collection & Transport of Waste in Tabuk City (Area 1) for 1095 days valued at SAR 39,800,000, and (Area 2) for 1095 days valued at SAR 35,800,000 as per the two contract copies received by the company on 28/11/2012 after being signed by his Highness the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs. The financial impact of these projects is expected to start in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2012.
