AL-KHODARI’S BOARD RECOMMENDS ADDITION OF NEW ACTIVITIES

The Board of Directors of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company resolved on 13/13/2013 the recommendation to the General Assembly to amend Article 3 of Company's By-Law relating to Company activities by adding the following new activities: 
-Supply and provision of military equipment and gear. 
-Rental of heavy equipment and vehicles. 
-Water and thermal insulation works, insulating paints, industrial paints, concrete repair, building rehabilitation and maintenance, and catholic protection. 
Shareholders' resolution concerning the addition of the said activities will be announced as part of the results announcement of General Assembly Meeting which will be convened later.
