Al-Khodari’s general assembly approves addition of new activities

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company’s extraordinary general assembly approved on Thursday the annexation of new business activities to its current portfolio.

The new activities include solar energy generation and distribution, the retail and wholesale trading, supply and installation of solar energy equipment, as well as contracting and maintenance services for nuclear energy plants, a filing to Tadawul said.

The general assembly assigned to the company’s chairman and chief executive officer the right to sign promissory notes and other commercial papers.
