Al-Khodari Sons terminates 5 Joint Venture Agreements with Abdullatif Arfaj Company.

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announced today on tadawul terminating 5 joint Venture Agreements with Abdullatif M. Al Arfaj and Brothers Holding Company.

The company terminated Al Qatif Central hospital, Al Jubail public hospital, Al Muthaneb public hospital, King Fahd hospital in Al Hofouf and Ank Hospital agreements due to non-award of these projects to the Joint Venture.

According to Argaam’s data; Al-Khodari sons has previously signed 6 JV agreements in 2012 with Abdullatif M. Al Arfaj as follows:

  1. Replacement and upgrading of hospital infrastructure of Al Qatif Central hosoital.
  2.  Replacement and upgrading of Al Jubail public hospital’s infrastructure.
  3. Replacement and upgrading of Al Muthaneb public hospital’s infrastructure.
  4. Replacement and upgrading of King Fahd hospital’s infrastructure in Al Hofouf.
  5.  Replacement and upgrading of King Khaled hospital’s infrastructure in Hail.
  6.  Replacement and upgrading of Ank Hospital’s infrastructure.
