KNOWLEDGE ECONOMIC CITY ANNOUNCES THE RELOCATION OF ITS HEADQUARTERS

With reference to Knowledge Economic City (the Company)’s Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 04/07/1434H corresponding to 14/05/2013G, which approved a number of decisions, including updating the Clause of the Company’s Bylaws related to the company’s relocation of its headquarters, which has been decided to be from Jeddah to Al Madinah Al Mounawwara.
The Company announces to its valued shareholders that the relocation of its headquarters to Diwan Al Maarifa located in the Knowledge Economic City’s Project on King Abdul Aziz Road in Al Madinah Al Munawwara will be on 01/09/1434H corresponding to 09/07/2013G, and the contact information will be as follows:
