Jabal Omar rents 48 shops in s1 zone by auction

Jabal Omar Development Company announced today on Tadawul renting 48 shops in S1 zone in its project in Makah by auction.

The total renting amount is SAR 61.6m at SAR 29,915 per m2.

All rent contracts has a term of 3 years after a grace period of 3 months.

The project is to fully come on stream by 1/9/1433 AH.
