Jabal Omar signs SAR 1.5bn contract for establishing phase2 of Jabal Omar project

Jabal Omar Development Company announced today on Tadawul signing a contract with the Saudi Arabian Baytur Company and Azmeel Contracting Company alliance for the construction work of Phase2 of Jabal Omar project in Makah.

The contracts’ value is SAR 1.5bn and will be financed by the company’s IPO proceeds.

The contracts’ term is 24 months as of 25/3/2012.
