Arabia Insurance’s capital increase request rejected

Arabia Insurance Company said its proposal to increase its capital by SAR 100 million was rejected by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency due to incomplete procedures.

The company said it may submit a subsequent request after the finalization of required procedures.
