Tihama Appoints New Board Member

The board of Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. approved appointing Mr. Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Hamoudi as a non-executive, non-independent board member, the company said today on a statement on Tadawul.

This appointment is pending the approval of the next general meeting. Mr. Ahmed is a Bachelor degree holder in Education, KSU and a former general director of King Fahad Academy, Bonn, Germany.
