ARDCO constructs a residential-commercial building in Aziziyah

Arriyadh Development Company (ARDCO) announced today on tadawul signing a contract with Abdulrahman Hegazi Construction Company to build an internally financed residential-commercial building in Aziziyah at a cost of SAR 26m.

The building occupies an area of 5000m2 and will include 33 shops, 134 residential apartments, parking lots in addition to other services and facilities.

The construction work has started on 25/11/2013; expected completion date is 24/5/2015 with the financial impact realized starting from Q2 of 2015.
