Saudi Hotel Company terminated Makarim Moon Resort management contract

The Saudi Hotels Co. announced that a contract to manage and operate Makarim Moon Resort in Jeddah was terminated on 23/4/2013 upon the owner’s request, who decided to allocate the resort for another business activity. A Contract termination fee of SAR 3,867,213 was collected from the owner as per the agreement. The financial Impact of this termination will be reflected on Q2, 2012 financial statements.
