Mobily: the SAR 1.1bn provision is a cumulative amount since 2009

Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) said that that the total provision amount of SAR 1.1 billion, which was formed against receivables due from Zain KSA, is an accumulative amount that was formed previously during previous financial periods since the year 2009.

Out of total provision amount, only SAR 5 million has been formed in the month of October 2014.
 

According to Argaam; Mobily requested the referral to arbitration with regard to Mobily’s dues of SAR 2.2 billion resulted from the Service Agreement signed with Zain KSA in 2008.
