Al Humayyed resigns from Ma’aden’s board to fill the position of the Social Affairs Minister

Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announced that Mr. Soliman Bin Saad Al Humyyed has submitted his resignation on Sunday 09/12/2014 from his position as an independent director of Maaden’s Board of Directors with an immediate effect, due to his recent appointment as the Minister of Social Affairs.
 

According to Argaam; Royal commands have been given two days ago to restructure the Saudi cabinet by exempting 6 ministers and appointing 9 new ministers.
