Thimar doesn’t sell Riyadh land for not reaching expected price

National Agriculture Marketing Company (Thimar), said that the auction held yesterday to sell a plot of land in Riyadh ended without completing the sale process.
 

The land wasn’t sold for not reaching expected price that matches the land’s market value.


According to Argaam; Thimar’s BOD approved, in October, selling the land located at Riyadh-Kharj road which has a total area of 58793.85 Sq meters through an auction.
