Saudi Arabia’s National Medical Care Co., also known as CARE, said on Wednesday that it has named Ahmed Al Amri as chief executive starting next month.
Al Amri's appointment comes after Othman Aba Hussein resigned from the position in October, the company said in a filing to Tadawul. His resignation will be effective on Dec. 31, 2014.
Al Amri holds a Ph.D in medicine and surgery from the University of West Ontario in Canada and a master’s degree from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as well as an MBA from the American University Of Brunswick NB, the company added.
