Al-Ahsa Development Company’s ordinary general assembly authorized the board of directors on Monday to use the company’s statutory reserves to extinguish its accumulated losses.
The Saudi Arabia-based company, which operates in the textile industry, recorded SAR 16.9 million (SR 0.35/share) in losses at the end of the first nine months of 2014, according to data compiled by Argaam.
