Al Muhaidab Group and Bahrain-based Al Wathiq Co. acquired a significant stake in Al Romansiah restaurant chains.
The stake percentages and deal values were not announced by both companies.
A senior official at Al Muhaidab Group said that the deal aims to to grow and expand the newly acquired company.
Al Romansiah Company was established in 1997 and currently runs 14 restaurant branches based in Riyadh and Qassim.
