Almarai renews SAR 83.8 mln insurance contracts with Arabian Shield

Almarai, Saudi Arabia’s top dairy producer, renewed some of its existing insurance contracts with Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company for an initial value of SAR 83.8 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, Saudi’s bourse.

The agreements will last for one year starting from Jan. 1.

The renewal of the contracts comes in line with the company’s normal course​, Almarai said in its tatement​
. The agreements will be presented in the next general assembly meeting for regulatory approval, the company added.
