Gulf companies distributed more than USD 33.58 billion in dividends in 2013, according to a survey by Argaam.
Dividends yields dropped to 3.1 percent in 2013 from 3.9 percent in the previous year as the companies’ market capitalization grew faster than dividends distributed.
