The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency’s (SAMA), the Saudi Central Bank, assets rose to SAR 2789bn in April, SAR 7bn increase compared to March 2014.
SAMA’s April 2014’s assets rose SAR 231bn compared to its April 2013’s figure; according to SAMA’s monthly news letter released today.

SAMA’s investments in foreign securities, which represent more than 70% of its assets, rose for the 51st consecutive month to SAR 2036bn by the end of April 2014, 13% increase compared to the same month in 2013.
