Study says 85% of customers satisfied with Abdul Latif Jameel auto services

Consumer satisfaction rate for Abdul Latif Jameel’s Toyota and Lexus dealership in Saudi Arabia has reached 85 percent, according to a study conducted by DNA company, a Saudi-based survey firm.

The survey included more than 20,000 questions for customers across the ​k​ingdom, Alriyadh newspaper reported.

The company added that it​ had ​conducted face-to-face interviews at the headquarters of the dealership in order to ensure the accuracy of the survey.
