Weqaya Takaful says its Q4-2014 financials are ‘incomplete’

Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance Company said on Wednesday that it is unable to announce its preliminary financial results for fourth quarter of 2014.

The company pointed out that it has not yet completed its financial reports.

Weqaya’s shares on Saudi Arabia’s bourse have been placed in a trading halt since June 4​ by the kingdom's market regulator​, according to data compiled by Argaam.
