Solidarity Saudi Takaful to terminate asset-management agreement with Jadwa

Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. (SSTC) ​plans to terminate its asset-management agreement with Jadwa investment, which had been inked last September.

The termination will be effective a month from Thursday.T​he bourse-listed insurer is planning to strike a deal with another company.

Terminating the agreement will likely have no financial impact, according to the company’s filing on Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse.
