National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) appointed on Thursday Mutlaq Al-Morished as its new board chairman, replacing Saleh bin Fahd Al-Nozha.
Al-Morished is the chief executive of National Industrialization Co. (Tasnee), according to data available on Argaam.
Mr. Al-Morished earned a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from Princeton University, and a bachelor's of science in nuclear physics and mathematics. He also served in several leading positions, the latest of which was executive vice president of corporate finance and (CFO) of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).
The company also appointed Mr. Marwan Bin Khalid Al-Qusaibi as its non-executive board member replacing Eng. Ibrahim Bin Obaid Al-Duhaish.
All resolutions will be discussed in the company's upcoming general assembly meeting.
