Al-Khodari to submit capital raise request by end of Q2-2015

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company said on Monday that it is planning to submit a capital raise request to Saudi Arabia’s market regulator by the end of second quarter.
 
The contractor's board of directors recommended last November a capital raise of SAR 500 million through a rights issue, according to data compiled by Argaam.
