Saudi Almutakamela shareholders to get delayed refunds via NCB

12/03/2015 Argaam
Saudi Arabia’s finance ministry called on non-institutional shareholders of Saudi Integrated Telecommunication Co. (Almutakamela) who did not receive their due refunds to contact the National Commercial Bank (NCB).

A royal decree was issued last year to pay Almutakamela non-institutional shareholders SAR 30 per share as a refund, given that the ministry will replace existing shareholders, according to data compiled on Argaam.

The ministry said in a statement that 99.9 percent of dues have already been paid to 407 shareholders.
