Jabal Omar postpones general assembly on low quorum

A lack of quorum forced Jabal Omar Development Company to postpone its general assembly meeting that had been scheduled for last Thursday, according to its statement to Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse. 
 
The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after receiving approval from relevant bodies.
