Abdulaziz Al-Judaimi resigns from Sadara board; Al-Dabbagh takes his place

Sadara Basic Services Co. said on Sunday that non-executive board member Abdulaziz M. Al-Judaimi resigned for personal reasons. 
 
The Saudi Arabian company decided to replace Al-Judaimi with Khalid H. Al-Dabbagh. The decision will be presented to the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval. 
 
Al-Dabbagh has been the financial controller at the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) since January 2012. Prior to that, he held several positions at Aramco. Al-Dabbagh holds a bachelor’s science degree in industrial engineering from University of Toledo, Ohio in the United States of America. 
 
According to data available on Argaam, Al-Judaimi has been recently named as chairman of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) in place of Khalid G. Al-Buainain. 
 
Sadara Basic Services is 100 percent-owned by Sadara Chemical Co.
