United States-headquartered KBR said on Monday it landed a six-year contract to provide project management services for Saudi Aramco’s existing and new offshore facilities, ICIS reported.
Expected revenue from the contract will be included in the first quarter of 2015 backlog for KBR’s engineering and construction segment. The company did not reveal additional financial terms, the report added.
KBR’s Saudi joint venture company, KBR-AMCDE will undertake all in-kingdom work while KBR’s Houston and London operations will execute all out-of-kingdom operations.
KBR is a global engineering, construction, and service company with operations in 40 countries. It has been involved with the licensing and designing of over 230 plants worldwide.
