Sadara contains fire at parent company’s cooling tower

Sadara Basic Services said a fire that erupted Saturday in one of the under-construction cooling towers at its parent company, Sadara Chemical Company, was contained without injuries.

 

The financial impact of the fire will be announced when ready, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, adding that the Jubail-based project is fully insured against damages.
