KAEC plans to sell 220 land plots in Al-Murooj villa project

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) is planning to sell 220 seafront land plots in Al-Murooj villa project, with prices starting at SAR 888,888 paid over four years, according to a statement by the company.

The sale will take place from April 9 to 12 in Jeddah Hilton and from April 16 to 18 in Al-Faisaliah hotel in Riyadh, the Saudi capital.

The 280,000 square-meter coastal area is near an 18-hole gold course. The average land plot size is 900 square meters.

Delivery will start in 2017, according to Charles Biele, chief executive officer of Real Estate Development Company (RED) in KAEC.
