12/04/2015 Argaam
Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA)
, the market regulator,
 decided to extend
a
trading halt placed on Saudi Cable Company shares after
the cable producer
failed to publish its financial statements for
 fiscal year
2014 and first quarter 2015, the regulator said in a statement.

The company said earlier last week that it expects to publish 2014 financial statement by April 13, without referring to first quarter results as the official deadline neared to a close.

Saudi Cable's
 shares
were suspended on
 Feb. 25
 for the same reasons.
