Eastern Province Cement appoints new GM

Eastern Province Cement Co. appointed Fahad Al-Otaibi as general manager
​ of the company in its board meeting on Tuesday​,
 effective May 3. 
 
​Al-Otaibi​
 holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, and has extensive experience in the industrial field.
 
Last January, the cement producer appointed Nasser bin Omar as acting general manager, according to data compiled by Argaam.
