Kingdom Holding has invested SAR 150 million in Euro Disneyland’s capital increase through rights issue, the Saudi-based company said in a statement obtained by Argaam.

Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal said in early October that he would keep his 10 percent stake and continue to support the indebted Paris-based resort.

Kingdom Holding Company is Euro Disney's second largest shareholder behind parent company Walt Disney, which holds 39.8 percent, while investment fund Invesco controls five percent. The remaining 45.2 percent stake is traded in Euronext Paris.
