Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Co. has invited local and international contractors to apply for a qualification process to develop the Heart of Jeddah Project.
The authority, which plans to start the project in fourth quarter, is looking for qualified contractors that have executed at least one mega project worth SAR 500 million in the last five years.
The contractors should prove that they have SAR 50 million worth of bank guarantees.
In a bid to enhance Jeddah’s infrastructure, the project is expected to expand over 850,000 square meters of land and 1.7 million square meters of buildings.
