Nama Chemicals appoints Al-Jazira Capital as financial adviser for capital increase

Nama Chemicals has appointed Al-Jazira Capital as the financial adviser for its capital increase and book-building process, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 
The company is set to raise its capital through a rights issue, according to data reported by Argaam. The book-building process should be completed by the end of 2015.
