Alkhair Capital has launched Alkhair Capital IPOs Fund, which will invest in recently listed companies in Saudi Arabia as well as other GCC markets, the Saudi-based investment firm said in a statement.
The fund will also focus on initial public offerings (IPOs) and joint stock companies, with the objective of achieving long-term capital growth.
It will hold its first phase from May 13 to June 1, which requires a minimum investment subscription of SAR 10,000.
Incepted in 2009, Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia is a closed joint stock company, with a paid-up capital of SAR 300 million. It is licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to carry out transactions and offer investment fund management, client portfolios, and advisory services.
