SEC extends bid deadline for new HQ to May 26

Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) has extended the deadline for bids to build a new headquarters complex in Riyadh to May 26, MEED reported, citing unnamed sources.

 

Sources said the move is meant to give contractors more time to work on their bids, which were not all complete by the original May 6 deadline.

When completed, the 250,000 square meter headquarters complex will host four five-story office buildings.
