Arriyadh Development says Aziziyah project half-completed

Arriyadh Development Co. (ADCO) said in a bourse statement that two buildings within its Aziziyah residential commercial compound project were completed ahead of schedule, while the remaining two are set to be completed by Dec. 25.

This delay is attributed to the fact that the project site is also home to public transportation development offices that were scheduled to relocate after May 20.

No additional expenses were added due to the delay, according to the statement.

In November 2013, Arriyadh Development had signed a contract with Abdulrahman Hegazi Construction Company to build an internally financed residential commercial building in Aziziyah at a cost of SAR 26 million, according to data available on Argaam.
